About GLR

GLTS

The Great Lakes Truck Series was established amidst the COVID-19 outbreak in the middle of 2020 by Samuel Hoff. The series quickly formed a core group of drivers and a community that has lasted over multiple seasons. The series currently operates on Tuesdays at 8:00pm EST and utilizes the NASCAR Truck Series vehicles to put on events similar to the real life NASCAR Truck Series. Events run about an hour and a half in distance and happen at tracks all over the United States. With over a year of competition and nearly four seasons under our belt, we continually look to add drivers and improve the competitiveness of the series.

GLCS

The Great Lakes Cup Series was added to further entertain drivers of the GLR community. It started in December of 2020 by Christopher Heller and Brandon Barcusky and has grown since. Over six months and two seasons later we have a solid competitive group of drivers that strives for excellence on and off the track on a weekly basis. The series is designed to be the “big brother” to Trucks and put on a solid show for fans. The series runs Thursdays at 8:00pm EST utilizing the Gen6 NASCAR Cup Car, and features tracks across the United States.
